This is a simple little item I never knew I needed until I used it. There isn’t much to it but the Scandinavian Egg Whisk is one of my favorite tools in the kitchen utility drawer. It can sometimes be referred to as a flat whisk but we call it our Only Whisk.
Kori received this as a housewarming gift from her grandmother when she moved out of her parents house for the first time. Her grandmother had purchased it in Sweden and brought it back for her granddaughter. Kori has had it for 20 years or so and I have been using it for about the last 15. With It’s simple design, this whisk will allow you to get to the bottom or around the edges of any mixing bowl.
You will also be able to clean it easily as the coil part is removable if needed for cleaning.
Easy to store in a drawer or hanging on a hook.
